The Sleep Right service in East London helps families of disabled children to improve their sleep.
The support on offer:
- 6 weeks’ support from a sleep consultant
- group learning sessions
- bespoke sleep plan
- sleep diary
Group learning sessions
You will be invited to attend group learning sessions in your local area. You can attend up to 4 sessions. Each session will last a couple of hours.
